The Site
The location for this new greenhouse facility lies just north of the main Eden site, previously in use as a coach park. 

Design Services
Although relatively flat, the site had to accommodate the large building footprint with careful consideration of rainwater capture and collection via a series of swales to a new reservoir, ensuring a high volume of readily available water for plants. LGLA delivered a site masterplan that successfully achieved this, whilst avoiding damage to surrounding hedgerows.

Results
The completed scheme provides Eden with a consolidated operation in a functional landscape infrastucture, leaving outdoor spaces for Eden staff to develop as gardens over time.
