The Site
The site lies within an area that has a long history of industrial use associated with River Thames wharves. Previously used as a builders merchants the site was largely concrete, presenting an univiting, hard urban setting.
Design Services
The architectural proposals for a co-living development needed to transform the harsh ex-industrial conditions into a more welcoming environment through the introdution of a series of planted spaces.
Results
LGLA worked creatively with John Davies Landscape to develop the outline concepts and work through all stages to planning application.
